Kentucky

First travel days are under my belt. Spent Monday and Tuesday in Western Kentucky and I loved it. I had never been to this part of Kentucky, and now I understand why they call it "God's Country". It is gorgeous. I was able to learn a lot and get a taste of what I will be doing all summer. Not only am I excited to see the beautiful country, but I am also really excited about the amazing people that I am sure to meet along the way. Very kind individuals that I worked with those couple of days, and I'm sure I will encounter more just like that.
